About Janie Diggs

Hi there! My name is Janie Diggs and I am a people person who absolutely loves my career as a real estate professional since 1999. I enjoy showing people all their options with real estate so that they can make the right decision for themselves. As a US ARMY veteran family member, I understand the unique situations of PCS, ETS, and medical retirement. My experience and education allow me to expertly advise on how to make these transition easier when deciding to buy or sell a home.  

I am customer-focused…like, really customer focused. I have always hated the pushy salespeople and understand the stereotype real estate agent cringe. This is what separates my services from the others. There is no push, there is only answers to your questions, and guidance about things you may not know to ask. I will go with the pace you set and will stop when you want to stop.

My different style of client representation and service is why I have an impeccable record of high production and multiple awards such as Lifetime Distinguished Society, Top 30 under 40 business leaders, consecutive Distinguished Sales Society awards.

Educating the community about real estate is important to me, and keeping myself educated is the foundation of my services. I have Mastered the Graduate School of Real Estate, a bachelor’s degree in business administration with emphasis on real estate finance and risk management. I am also a certified paralegal with several real estate designations to include Accredited Buyer and Seller Representative, Residential Management Professional, and Gold Standard Instructor.
